Rezolvat! is a platform that facilitates the creation, storage, and distribution of work standards for any field of activity, using artificial intelligence to identify root causes of problems. The Service allows team members to report issues, receive reports, and generate quality standards.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The Service operates on a prepaid credit basis. The minimum deposit is €5. Credits are consumed exclusively when using AI features, including: voice capture of problems, automated root cause analysis, and standard generation. Unused credits do not expire and are non-refundable.
User-generated content (reports, standards, analyses) remains the property of the organization that created it. The Rezolvat! platform, including source code, design, and functionality, is the property of Leanistic and is protected by copyright laws.
The platform uses artificial intelligence models to generate analyses and suggestions. AI results are indicative and do not constitute professional advice. The user is responsible for verifying and validating all AI recommendations before implementation.
We do not use personal or user-submitted data to train models. We use models from external providers and have no control over whether they use your data.
